Bad for big purchases

In an upscale garden center with upscale prices, customer service should be upscale as well. I have had pleasant experiences in the garden center for years, but wish I had not bought a fountain from them. The new staff and manager made promises that they only fulfilled after weeks of phone calls, missed apppointments, etc. The extra time I was required to spend accomodating their schedule...

Worst customer service in the city

How does this place retain their customers? I recieved the worst service I have ever had. Go to a florist or nursery where they value your business...these people acted entitled.

Had contract and they never came out.

I had a signed contract with them and they never showed up. I had to call three and 4 times to find out the date they were coming out. Finally I said forget it. Un real. How can you do business with people if you have a contract with them and they still don't come out and do the work they said they would do. Good luck with these people. They final gave me my money back. But my lawn never got...
